Two Amazing Elopement Locations in Colorado
Colorado is loaded with incredible places to elope, but here are two of my favs and how one couple took advantage of both!
Garden of the Gods at Sunriseâ
Located in Colorado Springs, youâll have TONS of cool places to stay and eat (I recommend staying in Manitou and eating at The Loop if you like Mexicanâ Theyâve got the best margaritas and their pineapple fajitas are on parđ
The garden is a popin place at sunset but at sunrise we had it to ourselves. The other great thing about starting the day off here is that itâs super accessible! We can pretty much drive right up to these incredible vista views (incase your not a morning hikerđ)
ROAD TRIP!đ¤
The Garden to the Dunes is a Solid 3 hour drive, so buckle up!
Iâd recommend finding a funky desert airbnb down by the dunes for the night so that you can celebrate afterwards without having to make the drive back up in the darkđ
Great Sand Dunes National Park at Sunset & Nightâ
Located nearish to Alamosa, kindaâ itâs sorta more out in the middle of nowhere⌠BUT the sunsets and night skies make the adventure worth your whileđ
For a funky fun place to stay in the area Iâd check out hipcampâs opions! Theyâve got some cool looking yurts and cabins. Thereâs also a campground in the park and plenty of BLM land around if youâve got a campervan âď¸
