That’s right, our team members are SEASONED destination experts in all the locations we shoot elopements in! That's why we totally take care of booking all of our amazing, pre-vetted vendors for you. We run all communication with the hair and make-up artists and tour guides we love working with on your behalf- in case you’d like to add any of their services to your elopement trip with us!
We coordinate all the things to make sure that everything runs super smoothly during your experience with us, streamlining all additional vendor fees directly onto your remaining balance with us so you don’t need to book or worry about anything else besides lookin epic and having a super sic elopement experience. We also walk you through how to apply for your marriage license and any permits you may need!

Mal's a creative genius who THRIVIES off making the dankiest photos for all of the couples she works with. Not to sound boasty over here, but she has been published internationally and awarded for her works and creativity over and over again.
Don’t feel intimidated though, cause Mal’s literally one of the most low-key, silly human beings you’ll probably ever meet so feeling comfy in front of her camera is easy peasy
You’ll get up to 6 hours of her photo documentation on the day of your elopement🤘

Wanna add some dope footy to your adventure with us? Cool, cause our in-house videographer, Lucas is amazeballs and is already included in all of our Explorer Pack Routes!
You’ll get a 3-5 minute highlight film of your adventure elopement experience!
+an option to add a fully edited ceremony video & drone footage if allowed based on location and weather conditions.

Our elopement packages are always designed around the exciting experiences we provide for our couples and their guests.
We LOVE taking our couples off the beaten path and our team invests a ton of time learning new remote locations that REQUIRE a high clearance 4x4 to access.
That's why all of our packs include a 4x4 vehicle if one is required to access the chosen elopement location.

Our team has planned all kinds of elopements in every season and in all sorts of climates and terrain. We are CAPTAINS at building the MOST EXCITING elopement and honeymoonin trips that are timed and tuned with the sunlight so that you will have the best experience and pics to show for it!🤘

Permits and Marriage filing.
These are the main papers we’ll need to take care of for your elope. Most locations only require a photo permit. If yours does, we take care of it for you. There’s no need for you to worry about any of that!
However, occasionally a location does require a special-use permit for the ceremony. This is totally different from a photographer’s permit. We usually won't need to get one of these but in most National Park's our couple will need to apply for one.
We can’t do this one for you on your behalf (trust us, we tried😂) However, we can and will walk you through how to apply and help you take care of it! Breathe easy, it’s usually really straightforward and super simple to file!
And then regarding your Marriage License: Mal’s ordained. This means if you’d rather share your vows and exchange rings personally, instead of having a third-party lead you through the ceremony, you absolutely can! Legally, she can sign and file your marriage license in lieu of an officiant🤙

Since we are hitting multiple destinations on this route, we don’t just want to make epic pics of ya’ll in just one of them!
All our Explorer Pack Routes include a second sunset adventure with us during your trip.
This session includes at least 2 hours of pics and footy with Mal and Lucas in a different destination from the one we eloped you in 😛

We set up camp, break down camp and tow our airstream for you in between camps!
Talk about the prodigy of luxury and experiential travel!
For this route, you’ll spend three nights right on the Columbia River Gorge at Viento State Park!
Then, two nights right outside of the BEST central Oregon Mountain town, Bend! Known for its good beer, outdoor adventure, climbing, and views of the central cascades, enjoy your last two nights in La Pine State park. It is situated in the woods, outside of town, right on the Deschutes river🤗

You're visiting some of our team’s favorite spots along this route and we want to make sure you make the most of them! That’s why our team works with each couple individually to design and book a sic itinerary for them that reflects all of the cool activities they want to experience throughout the week!

Several of the areas we explore do require park entrance passes to access. Don’t worry we’ve got ya covered! We love supporting our parks and happily provide any of the fees they require for you! All you have to do is show up and enjoy them as much as you can!

The opportunity for adventure is pretty dang endless in these destinations! Besides hiking some of the most amazing trails on the planet, there are plenty of other rad activities to do like heli rides/landings, jeeping trails, climbing and canyoneering routes, etc… Our team knows these zones very well and partners with all of the raddest outfitters around to ensure you get the full experience!
YEP! Our team will work with you and your partner to personalize your trip with exciting activities, hosted by our professional outdoor partners! These activities will be managed and booked for you by our team!

Typically we recommend our couples have the ceremony on day 2 of their trip! This allows a day to arrive + pick up their marriage license on the way to the park. Then, check into the Airstream and grab a beer with Mal to go over everything for the big day!

After an initial consultation, our team will create an overview of what we believe would be the best itinerary for you and your partner’s elopement trip with us, based on your activity preferences.
Then you’ll have the opportunity to ask questions, add or remove elements of your route- ensuring that this itinerary reflects your ideal elopement trip. Once this has been finalized, our team will book all of your campgrounds & activities, and then work to build out your full itinerary with destination information, downloadable maps, reservation details, and more!
